SELECTED PROJECTS & CLIENTS
Freshfields
Showcasing Southeast Asia’s Contemporary VoicesAs Freshfields, a global law firm with a rich 280-year history, moved to a new office space in Singapore, they saw an opportunity to build a corporate art collection that tells compelling stories of justice, while also showcasing the richness of Southeast Asia’s contemporary art scene. With this vision in mind, they partnered with Yeo Workshop for expert guidance on curating a collection that would resonate with both their team and clients.
We worked closely with Freshfields to curate a selection of works that explore themes of justice, equity, and transformation—reflecting the firm’s ethos while highlighting the dynamic voices of local and regional artists. The collection was carefully designed to evoke thoughtful reflection on the firm’s values, incorporating pieces that engage with the themes of fairness and progress through the lens of contemporary art.
Through its partnership with Yeo Workshop, Freshfields now has a collection that tells a meaningful story—one that aligns with their vision while also celebrating the rich cultural tapestry of Singapore and the broader region.
At Yeo Workshop, we understand the value of art in the corporate world and are uniquely positioned to help companies like Freshfields navigate the process of curating meaningful collections. This collaboration has resulted in a collection that doesn’t just decorate the office—it sparks conversation, inspires action, and reflects the values that define Freshfields.

Millenia Walk Consultancy
Creativity in MotionMillenia Walk, a vibrant hub for creativity and innovation, is dedicated to inspiring fresh perspectives by reimagining the familiar. To activate its space during the exhibition of Wade and Leta’s Moving Wonders, the mall engaged Yeo Workshop to curate a series of interactive experiences that would enhance visitor engagement and reinforce its commitment to artistic expression.
We designed a series of interactive experiences to immerse visitors in the world of art-making and creative expression. Hydra: A Wearable Art Performance by Lai Thi Dieu Ha transformed the mall into a moving artwork, while Living Room Curiosities by Keisha Yan showcased the beauty of upcycling through live assemblage art. Hands-on workshops, including Roll Pinch Stick with Shayne Phua, Ink Trails with Brigette Teo, and Balance & Motion, invited participants to experiment with ceramics, mark-making, and mobile sculpture, fostering creativity and self-expression.
Through these innovative experiences, Millenia Walk successfully positioned itself as a dynamic platform for connecting with the local and regional creative community. The initiative not only brought fresh artistic perspectives to its visitors but also reinforced the mall as a destination where art, retail, and engagement intersect in meaningful ways.

OUE
Bringing Art to the CBD and City CentreIn collaboration with OUE, Yeo Workshop has developed a series of artistic interventions in the heart of Singapore’s Central Business District (CBD) and Orchard Road. These mall activations seek to bring art directly into the rhythm of the city—beyond the walls of traditional galleries.
Downtown Gallery
The gallery has transformed OUE Downtown Gallery into a dedicated space for contemporary art that is conceived as a platform for rotating pop-ups, exhibitions, and creative activations. The first iteration saw the launch of Pop-up M’Art during Singapore Gallery Month 2025. Designed to be a little wonderland of the unexpected, the creative bazaar introduced an eclectic mix of artworks—from collectibles by international names such as KAWS, Shaito Sho and Isamu Noguchi, to unique sculptures and artworks by local artists including Mike HJ Chang Brandon Tay, Geraldine Lim, anGie Seah, and Ahmad Abu Bakar. Accompanying the pop-up on the exterior glass panels of the gallery is a commissioned wall mural digital collage by Fyerool Darma, inviting passersby to see the city through fresh eyes. This inaugural activation set the tone for what the space will continue to embody: accessibility, experimentation, and a celebration of local artistic voices.
Mandarin Gallery
In celebration of SG60, Mandarin Gallery presented ‘Art Pops: Then, Now, Beyond’ to encourage discovery of the nation’s culture and heritage through the creative lens of different artists. Singaporean ceramic artist Shayne Phua’s fantastical sculptures, which belie deeper reflections on the local social and political realities, animated the second floor walkways of the shopping mall for the casual onlooker. From multi-tailed fox spirits as incongruous bearers of Confucian morality, to candleholders in the shape of broken bones, to lights shaped like gallbladders, her sculptures are surreal, playful objects that probe our understanding of Asian values. This display reaffirms our commitment to introducing thought-provoking contemporary art in unexpected spaces.
Through this partnership with OUE, Yeo Workshop is committed to cultivating a vibrant cultural presence within Singapore’s business and entertainment hubs. Each activation will not only showcase art, but also expand its reach—creating meaningful encounters that enliven the CBD and city centre, and redefine how art is experienced in urban life.

Cartier
Reimagining Legacy Through Art and CollaborationIn 2024, Cartier deepened its partnership with Yeo Workshop to celebrate the Maison’s heritage while amplifying the voices of Southeast Asian artists and entrepreneurs. While the centenary of the Trinity ring marked a key milestone, our collaboration extended beyond this iconic piece, focusing on initiatives that engaged a younger, art-conscious audience and strengthened Cartier’s ties with the local creative community.
To achieve this, we designed a series of impactful events and activations that celebrated Cartier’s legacy with the brand’s commitment to the arts. These initiatives not only rejuvenated the brand’s image but also reinforced its ongoing focus on the themes of universality, love, and creativity.
Key Highlights:
-
Art Patrons Society Dinner: In April, we co-hosted an intimate dinner bringing together artists, collectors, and art enthusiasts to champion women in art. The evening began with a thought-provoking conversation featuring artist Anum, Cartier SEAO’s CEO Yanina Novitskaya, and art historian Krystina Lyon, exploring themes of art, leadership, and the future.
-
Cartier Employee Engagement: In July 2025, we conducted a specialized session on the art market and the role of galleries and Singaporean artists and the history of Singapore art, equipping Cartier retail staff with insights into the Singapore art scene. This initiative not only enriched the customer experience but also deepened the brand’s engagement with its community.
-
Pop-Up Activations: As part of the Trinity 100 project, Yeo Workshop helped bring to life Jérôme Sans' curation of diverse creatives whose work embodies the values of the Trinity ring. Our logistical expertise fostered strong connections within the creative sector, further championing Cartier’s artistic vision.
Through this continued collaboration, Cartier seamlessly integrated art into its brand narrative, resonating across creative fields. By engaging with local artists, entrepreneurs, and the broader art community, Cartier not only reinforced its stature as a distinguished luxury brand but also cemented its role as a true patron of contemporary art.
